Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for items in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted.
Bespoke, customized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Timeframe:
You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation must accompany all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our Client Care Team at CLIENTSERVICES@CEREB.CO or via the Contact page on our website. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a return shipping label (where applicable).
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds may be subject to quality checks to ensure the item meets our return standards.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original piece for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will not include these charges. THE CUSTOMER WILL RECIEVE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID ON RETURN SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

At Cereb, we uphold the highest standards. To maintain the integrity of our creations, all returns are subject to rigorous inspection. Items that do not meet our standards will be returned to the sender without a refund.
